What is the house worth right now?

I pull recent sales near the house from tax records, county records, and MLS data, and give you a straight number. No cost, and you are not signing anything.

Do I fix it up, sell it as is, or keep it?

Some houses are worth a new roof and paint before listing. Some are better sold as is. I will walk the house, or look at photos if you live out of state, and tell you what I would do if it were mine.

I live far away. Can this be handled without me flying in?

Yes. I can check on the house, meet contractors, and handle showings. You do not have to come down until closing, and sometimes not even then.

What about the estate paperwork?

I am not an attorney and I do not give legal or tax advice. Your estate attorney handles that side. When you are ready to sell, I work with your attorney so the sale lines up with what the court or the will allows.
